The invention provides a fertility enhancing drug, wherein the drug is a clathrate complex of β-cyclodextrine with 9-phenyl-sym-octahydroselenoxanthene in α-crystalline form represented by structural formula (I) characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) pattern characterized by powder X-ray diffraction pattern obtained using Cu-K radiation emitter and having characteristic diffraction angles 2θ: 6.0, 12.0, 15.0, 17.0, 19.0, 20.0, 21.5, 21,7, 20.9, 25.0, 27.0, 28.0, 29.0, 37.0 and by melting temperature 96.8°C.
