The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of ready-to-use liquid pharmaceutical bortezomib ester solutions. To provide a ready-to-use liquid pharmaceutical bortezomib ester solution with improved physiological tolerance, a method is proposed which comprises the following steps. a) providing an aqueous solvent； b) dissolving the bortezomib ester forming component in the solvent； c) dissolving bortezomib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in said solvent； d) reducing the oxygen content of said solvent.본 발명은 즉시 사용 가능한 액체 약제학적 보르테조밉 에스테르 용액의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 개선된 생리적 내성을 갖는 즉시 사용 가능한 액체 약제학적 보르테조밉 에스테르 용액을 수득할 수 있는 방법을 제공하기 위해, 하기 단계를 포함하는 방법이 제안된다.a) 수성 용매를 제공하는 단계；b) 보르테조밉 에스테르 형성 성분을 상기 용매에 용해시키는 단계；c) 보르테조밉 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염을 상기 용매에 용해시키는 단계； d) 상기 용매의 산소 함량을 감소시키는 단계.
