A syringe pen for injection of a medicinal product, comprising: a casing； a dose adjuster containing at least one internal tooth； a fixing element with a plurality of longitudinally extended teeth； an actuator comprising at least one external tooth engaged with said at least one internal tooth of the dose setting regulator and at least one ratchet dog interacting with a plurality of longitudinally elongated teeth, and the drive cannot rotate with the task controller dose, and moves along with it in the longitudinal direction when setting and adjusting the dose, and the drive rotates with the dose setting regulator during the injection. 2.
