The present invention relates to a solid stick cosmetic composition containing water-soluble moisturizing ingredients, which is made by emulsifying (A) 0.001-40 wt% of water phase composite ingredient in which water-soluble moisturizing ingredients and surfactants are carried in a porous powders with (B) 60-99.995 wt% of oil phase composite ingredients consisting of wax composite ingredient and emollient, thereby mixing 40 wt% of the (A) water phase composite ingredient and leading to wet moisturizing and fresh texture compared with an existing oil type solid stick cosmetic composition while improving condensation caused by sticky materials and adhesion of the cosmetic composition.본 발명은 수용성 보습성분을 고함유한 고형 스틱화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 수용성 보습성분과 계면활성제가 다공성 분체에 담지된 수상 복합성분(A) 0.001 내지 40 중량% 및 왁스 복합물과 에몰리언트 성분으로 이루어진 유상 복합성분(B) 60 내지 99.995 중량%가 유화되어, 상기 수상 복합성분(A)의 최대 40중량%가 안정적으로 배합되므로, 종래 유성 고형 스틱화장료 조성물에서 느낄 수 없는 촉촉한 수분감과 산뜻한 텍스쳐를 개발하고, 끈적임으로 인한 다음 화장에서의 메이크업 뭉침 및 화장 지속력 저하가 개선할 수 있다.
