PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cycle estimating device, a cycle estimating method, and a program for applying to acceleration data of a low sampling rate and for estimating a motion cycle (a walking cycle) indicating a period of one movement motion having two motions as one set with a high degree of accuracy by the less calculation amount when the data has the great distortion since the acceleration data by one of two motions is observed to be greater than the other acceleration data.SOLUTION: An AMDF calculating part 15 performs an AMDF calculation on the acceleration data acquired by an acceleration measuring part 10 to be carried.
