The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical combination for treating a hematological cancer comprising the histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor of the chemical formula 1, a proteasome inhibitor or an immunomodulatory drug and a steroidal anti-cancer agent together.The pharmaceutical combination of the present invention can be useful for treating a hematological cancer such as multiple myeloma, by reducing toxicity which is the problem of the conventional HDAC inhibitor and exhibiting an equivalent level of pharmaceutical effects due to a complex inhibitory mechanism against the cancer of the compound of chemical formula 1 and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, the proteasome inhibitor or the immunomodulatory drug and the steroidal anti-cancer agent.La presente invención se relaciona a una combinación farmacéutica para tratar un cáncer hematológico que comprende el inhibidor de histona desacetilasa (HDAC) de la fórmula química 1, un inhibidor de proteasoma o un fármaco inmunomodulador y un agente anti-cáncer esteroidal conjuntamente.
