An apparatus for producing honey tablets according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an enriching tank into which honey is injected； a heating means disposed on the bottom surface of the enriching tank to heat the honey； a condenser connected to the enriching tank to reduce the moisture evaporated from the honey into water； a cooler connected to the condenser to cool the water reduced by the condenser； and a vacuum pump connected to the condenser via the cooler to forcibly suck out the moisture. In addition, a method for producing honey tablets according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) injecting honey containing 21% or less of moisture into the enriching tank； (b) heating the bottom surface of the enriching tank by the heating means； (c) isolating the enriching tank； (d) removing the honey sheet, the moisture of which has reached a target level, from the bottom surface of the enriching tank； (e) cutting the honey sheet into honey products or molding the honey sheet into a tablet form； and (f) packaging and shipping the honey products or molded honey tablets. According to the present invention, the dried honey products or honey tablets have solid forms, thus preventing inconveniences caused by flowing honey, and enabling the easy of intake of honey and easy carrying when the honey products or honey tables are housed in a container.
