PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dried persimmon frozen confectionery that has a long best-before period and permits a novel, unprecedented way of eating a dried persimmon, and its manufacturing method.
SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the dried persimmon frozen confectionery comprises cutting off a calyx part of a dried persimmon or cutting open a dried persimmon, taking out the contents such as seeds, a core, sarcocarp and the like inside the dried persimmon through the cut-off part or the cut-open part, filling the hollow portion formed after taking out the contents with another foodstuff, and subsequently freezing the dried persimmon. The dried persimmon frozen confectionery obtained by the manufacturing method is also provided.
