The free end (3021) of the support seat is provided with a spring hole (303, 403). An inserting end (3051, 4051) of the reset spring (305, 405, 507) is inserted into the spring hole (303, 403) and is fixed to the support seat (302, 402, 524) by using a cap (306, 406, 520). A front end (3052, 4052) of the reset spring (305, 405, 507) extends forwards in the corresponding housing from the support seat (302, 402, 524) and is in contact with an inner surface of the corresponding housing. The inner surface of the corresponding housing presses the front end (3052, 4052) of the reset spring (305, 405, 507) to generate elastic deformation, so that a clamping force is generated between the upper housing and the lower housing.
