PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing bag for a urine collecting bag in which the urine collecting bag is not easy to be seen even if the housing bag for a urine collecting bag is attached to a wheel chair.SOLUTION: A bag 1 for housing a urine collecting bag is provided, the bag 1 comprising: one side part 2 the other side part 3 and an opening, the upper end of the one side part being positioned lower than the upper end of the other side part, the opening being positioned at the upper end of the one side part, at the one side part or the other side part of the bag, at least at either one of them, attaching means 4A, 4B, 4C, and 4D are provided for attaching the bag to a wheel chair.
