PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house for cultivation which prevents incapability of operating a winder due to the freeze of water, collected in a vicinity of the winder, or deformation or breaks of a winding shaft, in a house for cultivation which has a winder for opening or closing a cover or a lining.SOLUTION: In the house for cultivation, there are included: bodies (1 and 1a)； covers (2, 2a and 2b), which consist of films or sheets made of synthetic resin and are spread on the bodies (1, 1a)； and winders (4, 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d), which include the winding shafts (40) and wind or let out the covers (2, 2a, and 2b) while the winders shift themselves along the winding shafts (40) on the bodies (1 and 1a) or along the bodies (1 and 1a) when the covers (2, 2a, and 2b) open or close. A necessary number of drain ports (21), for draining rain water or condensed water collected in hollows created between the covers (2, 2a and 2b) in a spread state and the covers (2, 2a, and 2b) in a roll state or the winding shafts (40), are provided in the stop positions of the winders (4, 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d).【課題】外張りや内張りを開閉する巻取器を有する栽培用ハウスにおいて、巻取器の近傍に溜まった水の凍結により巻取器の操作ができなくなることや巻取軸を変形させたり破損させることを防止した栽培用ハウスを提供する。【解決手段】栽培用ハウスは、躯体(1,1a)と、躯体(1,1a)に展張されている合成樹脂製のフィルム又はシートからなる外張り(2,2a,2b)と、巻取軸(40)を備え外張り(2,2a,2b)を開閉するときに巻取軸(40)自体が躯体(1,1a)上又は躯体(1,1a)に沿って移動しながら外張り(2,2a,2b)を巻き取り又は繰り出す巻取器(4,4a,4b,4c,4d)とを備えており、巻取器(4,4a,4b,4c,4d)の停止位置には、展張状態の外張り(2,2a,2b)と巻き取られたロール状態の外張り(2,2a,2b)又は巻取軸(40)との間で形成される窪みに溜まる雨水又は結露水を排出するための透水孔(21)が所要数設けられている。【選択図】図１
