The present invention relates to a system for detecting a position of a hole for inserting a surgery pin using a marker. The system of the present invention is capable of reducing an amount of radiation exposed to a person to whom an operation is conducted and an operator by checking a position of a hole for inserting a surgery pin based on a position of a marker which is attached to a subject to be operated. The system of the present invention comprises a photographing unit for radiation-photographing and acquiring a body image of a person to whom an operation is conducted ； a position tracking device for detecting a position of a marker attached to a subject to be operated with an insertion hole for inserting a surgery pin and acquiring the position of the marker； a display unit for receiving and displaying the body image and the position of the marker； and a control unit for controlling the photographing unit and the position tracking device to transmit the body image and the position of the marker to the display unit and controlling the display unit to display the body image and the position of the marker.본 발명은 수술 대상물에 마커를 부착하고, 마커의 위치를 기반으로 수술 핀 삽입 홀의 위치를 확인함으로써, 피시술자 및 시술자에게 피폭되는 방사선의 피폭량을 감소시킬 수 있는 마커를 이용한 수술 핀 삽입 홀 위치 검출시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 방사선 촬영하여 피시술자의 인체 영상을 획득하는 촬영부； 수술 핀이 삽입되는 삽입 홀이 형성된 수술 대상물에 부착되는 마커의 위치를 검출하여, 마커의 위치를 획득하는 위치추적장치； 상기 인체 영상 및 상기 마커의 위치를 수신하고, 이를 표시하는 표시부； 및 상기 촬영부 및 상기 위치추적장치를 제어하여, 상기 인체 영상 및 상기 마커의 위치를 상기 표시부로 전송하도록 하는 한편, 상기 표시부를 제어하여, 상기 인체 영상 및 상기 마커의 위치를 표시하도록 하는 제어부를 포함하는 마커를 이용한 수술 핀 삽입 홀 위치 검출시스템을 제공한다.
