PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing reel provided with a magnetic seal mechanism for preventing the deterioration of the performance of a sealed member by reducing a leakage magnetic flux, and for maintaining satisfactory seal effects.SOLUTION: A fishing reel includes: a pinion gear 7 disposed with a unidirectional clutch 20； and a magnetic seal mechanism 50 adjacently installed so that the unidirectional clutch 20 can be sealed.
