The distal end hole (333, 433) is formed by a sealing lip (334, 434), and is configured to accommodate an inserted instrument so as to form airtight sealing. The sealing wall (335, 435) comprises a plurality of pleats (340, 440) extending outwardly from the sealing lip (334, 434) in a transverse direction.
