PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis system that enables transmission/reception of data between a device in a hospital and a management side device.SOLUTION: In a case where a diagnosis device in a hospital is an X-ray device 10, the X-ray device 10 and a management side device communicatably consist of a diagnosis system via a server. A device 15 in the same hospital as the X-ray device 10 connected to the server and the X-ray device 10 are communicatably configured to thereby allow data on the X-ray device 10, data on the device 15 in the hospital, and data on the management side device to be shared in a diagnosis system 1.
