PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tool for sterilization having enhanced effect for sterilizing a lumen without structural restriction of an object such as the number of openings.SOLUTION: An auxiliary tool for sterilization which sterilizes the lumen of an object to be sterilized in a sterilization chamber includes a container for reserving a predetermined amount of sterilizing agent and a tube to be inserted from the insertion port of the lumen for introducing the predetermined amount of sterilizing agent from the container to the lumen. The sterilizing agent reserved in the container is introduced to the lumen by evacuating the sterilization chamber, being discharged from the insertion port in which the tube is inserted.
