The present invention relates to a purifier for a dental suction device, which is installed between a dental unit chair and the suction device to purify medical wastewater. More specifically, the purifier comprises: a casing which is communicated with a first absorption pipe connected to the unit chair and communicated with a second absorption pipe connected to the suction device, and allows medical wastewater, moving toward the suction device from the unit chair, to stay for a predetermined time a sterilization water supply container for supplying non-acid hypochlorite (HOCI) into the casing through a supply pipe connected to the upper surface of the casing and an inner partition which allows the medical wastewater introduced through the first absorption pipe to subsequently flow through each divided inner space and to be discharged through the second absorption pipe, as an inner space of the casing is divided into a plurality of partial spaces.
