This invention relates to a massaging device powered by acoustic waves. It includes a main body, a speaker, a pneumatic pushing rod unit, a massaging unit, a pneumatic guiding tube, and a music playing device. The main body contains an inner space so that the speaker and the pneumatic pushing rod unit are disposed in. The massaging unit has a pneumatic space and a pressing portion. The pressing portion can extend or retract depending on the pressure value in the pneumatic space. Two ends of the pneumatic guiding tube are connected with the inner space and the pneumatic space. The music playing device connects to the speaker. Hence, the speaker generates acoustic waves that will transmit to the inner space. These acoustic waves force the pneumatic pushing rod unit acting so that the pressure value in the pneumatic space will vary accordingly. Therefore, it makes the pressing portion extending/retracting repeatedly. So, this invention can change its massaging mode depending on different music. It can vary significantly.
