PURPOSE: A water-insoluble material covered with an amorphous surfactant is provided to use water-insoluble materials at ten times of dissolving ability, wherein the water-insoluble materials having many effects show limited effects without the amorphous surfactant due to a small amount of water dissolving ability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of water-insoluble materials covered with an amorphous surfactant comprises the following steps: mixing a surfactant including at least two alkyl chains attached to a hydrophilic part of the surfactant； and an organic solvent having polarity； stirring the mixture while heating to improve fluidity of the mixture； adding a water-insoluble material (100) into the mixture； performing compensatory mixing of the mixture, which includes the water-insoluble material and has improved fluidity by using a mixer including a mixed-blade structure with a concept of compensatory mixing. The organic solvent includes -OH having polarity and includes 10 or fewer carbons.다음과 같이 다섯 가지의 특징을 동시에 가짐으로서 재결정화를 크게 지연시킨 물질이 최초로 창작되었다. 첫째 특징은 사용되는 계면활성제의 종류가 반드시 2개 이상의 다리를 가진 계면활성제라야 한다는 것이다. 둘째 특징은 계면활성제가 부착된 난용성물질의 크기가 바람직하기는 1~10 ㎛ 범위에 속하는 것이 좋다. 셋째 특징은 계면활성제가 부착된 난용성물질의 크기의 균질도가 대단히 높다는 것이다. 넷째 특징은 본 발명에 의한 물질은 종래기술이 리포좀과는 달리 최대한 정형화하지 않을 것을 요구하고 있다. 다섯째 특징은 물에 용해된 형태가 유화타입을 지향하고 있다는 점이다. 본 발명은 다음과 같은 이의 제조방법에 관한 발명이다.
