PURPOSE: A producing method of hydrophilic polymeric microsphere mounting super-paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles is provided to uniformly disperse the super-paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles in the microsphere. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of hydrophilic polymeric microsphere mounting super-paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles comprises the following steps: mixing a bio-compatible macromolecular solution and the super-paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles; and dropping the mixed solution on a mixed solvent of an organic solvent layer and a coacervation medium layer, for forming the microsphere. The mounting efficiency of the super-paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles is greater than 90%.본 발명은 초상자성 산화철 나노입자(Superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles, SPIOs)를 고효율로 탑재한 생체적합성 고분자 미세구 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하며, 더욱 구체적으로는 초상자성 산화철 나노입자에 대해 95% 이상의 탑재 효율을 가지고, 초상자성 산화철 나노입자의 오랜 미세구 내 머무름 시간을 가지며, 구형의, 우수한 균일성을 가진 생체적합 고분자를 포함하는 미세구를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.
