PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide guidance that tablets are manually dispensed rather than being supplied by a take-out unit with respect to a PTP sheet which, when installed in the take-out unit, causes problems with supply of the tablets.SOLUTION: A computer is communicatably connected to a tablet supply apparatus having a tablet take-out unit which comprises a reading unit 5102 for reading the identification data of a PTP sheet, and to a medicine packaging apparatus into which manual dispensation tablets are input, the computer creating instruction data for instructing operation to the tablet supply apparatus and a medicine packaging apparatus. The computer stores manual dispensation data which associates the information indicating that a tablet is the kind of tablet being easily breakable with each tablet kind, and obtains the identification data of the PTP sheet from the reading unit. The computer, when the identification data is read, determines whether the tablet kind associated with the obtained identification data is a tablet kind of tablet being easily breakable. When the tablet is of a tablet kind of tablet being easily breakable, the computer notifies that the tablets to be received in the PTP sheet input into an input port is the tablet kind of tablet to be supplied from a tablet box.
