PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge guide part having an inverted R shape in a PTP sheet discharge port of a tablet take-out device and thereby achieve the compactification of a tablet supply device and reduce the possibility that the PTP sheet clogs in a discharge path after tablets are removed from the PTP sheet.SOLUTION: A tablet take-out device takes out tablets from a tablet sheet and discharges the tablet sheet to a discharge path of the tablet sheet from which the tables are taken out.
