The present invention relates to compositions comprising Cannabidiol (CBD) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and bacitracin or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and/or daptomycin or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The compositions show a synergistic effect in the inhibition of growth of Gram-positive bacteria. Thus, the compositions according to the invention may e.g. find use as medicaments in the treatment of Gram-positive bacterial infections.La présente invention concerne des compositions comprenant du cannabidiol (CBD) ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de celui-ci, et de la bacitracine ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de celle-ci et/ou de la daptomycine ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de celle-ci. Ces compositions ont un effet synergique dans l'inhibition de la croissance des bactéries à Gram positif. Ainsi, les compositions selon l'invention peuvent, p. ex., être utilisées à titre de médicaments dans le traitement des infections par des bactéries à Gram positif.
