PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creamy skin-cleansing agent having moderate hardness that is excellent in foaming and gives good feeling without stiff feeling to the skin after rinsing.SOLUTION: The creamy skin-cleansing agent includes fatty acid soap containing myristic acid and palmitic acid and not containing lauric acid and a fatty acid having 18 carbons or more, a sodium salt of N-acylmethyltaurine and polyoxypropylene methylglucoside.
