SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus includes an X-ray irradiation device 1 for irradiating a subject with X-rays while being turned around the subject, an X-ray imaging apparatus 2 for detecting the X-rays which the subject has transmitted, while being turned around the subject and an image processor 4 for processing images obtained from the X-ray imaging apparatus 2 and obtaining the three-dimensional voxel data of the subject. The image processor 4 acquires two-dimensional projection images from the X-ray imaging apparatus 2 at every turning angle of the X-ray irradiation device 1 and the X-ray imaging apparatus 2, binarizes the projection images, executes simple back projection of the binarized projection images in a three-dimensional space ON calculation at every turning angle to generate three-dimensional back projection voxel data and binarizes the back projection voxel data.
