PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condition visually confirming device for an endoscope, inserted together with the tip of an endoscope into a specimen sample and easily visually confirmed when it is pressed to the specimen sample.SOLUTION: The tip 3a of an endoscope contains an imaging part 14. A propulsion device 22 for an endoscope is removably mounted to the tip 3a. The propulsion device 22 for the endoscope includes a membrane 40 moved circularly to generate propulsion power. The membrane 40 is supported on an outer unit. The outer unit includes a front bumper 54a at the forward end side. The front bumper 54a constitutes a visually conforming tool 60 together with the membrane 40. The front bumper 54a has a bellows part 63.
