According to the present invention, a remote inspection apparatus includes: a fixation unit fixed to a steam generator and provided with a rail part extending into the steam generator； a moving unit horizontally moving along the rail part to enter the inside of the steam generator； and an endoscope unit provided at the moving unit to be vertically extensible. The endoscope unit includes a head part provided with a photographing tool for photographing an image, and a guide part connected to the head part to move the head part in a first direction which a front of the head part faces or in a second direction opposite to the first direction. The photographing tool includes: a first photographing lens provided to face in the first direction； a second photographing lens provided to face the direction perpendicular to the first direction； a first imaging device for photographing an image incident through the first photographing lens； a mirror part for reflecting an image incident through the second photographing lens in the second direction； and a second imaging device for photographing the image reflected by the mirror part.본 발명에 따른 원격 검사장치는 증기발생기에 고정되며, 증기발생기의 내부로 연장되는 레일부를 구비한 고정유닛, 레일부을 따라 수평으로 이동하여 증기발생기의 내부로 진입되는 이동유닛, 및 이동유닛에 수직으로 신장이 가능하도록 구비되는 내시경유닛을 포함하며, 내시경유닛은 이미지를 촬영하는 촬영수단이 구비된 헤드부, 및 헤드부에 연결되어, 헤드부의 전방을 향하는 제1 방향이나 제1 방향에 반대되는 제2 방향으로 헤드부를 이동시키는 안내부를 포함하며, 촬영수단은 제1 방향을 바라보게 구비된 제1 촬영렌즈, 제1 방향에 수직한 방향을 바라보게 구비된 제2 촬영렌즈, 제1 촬영렌즈를 통해 입사된 이미지를 촬영하는 제1 촬상소자, 제2 촬영렌즈를 통해 입사된 이미지를 제2 방향으로 반사하는 미러부, 및 미러부를 통해 반사된 이미지를 촬영하는 제2 촬상소자를 포함한다.
