PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal trap that surely captures an animal without missing it.SOLUTION: The animal trap includes a first induction unit 1 for introducing an animal to an entrance 3 and making the animal enter a first trap chamber 10 at a part in which an animal comes in and out at the entrance 3 of the first trap chamber 10, and a second induction unit 2 for introducing the animal having entered the first trap chamber 10 from the entrance 3 to a gate 4 to a second trap chamber and trapping the animal in the second trap chamber. The first induction unit 1 comprises a first swinging plate 11 that is constituted to open the entrance 3 by swinging to drop the interior side from an initial state to close the entrance 3 and to be restored to an original position when the animal enters the first trap chamber 10.
