Salmonella (S. enteritidis, S. cholera suis, S. typhi¬murium, S. gal¬linarum) separate cultivation on nourishing soil, bacteriophage passing, race selection therefrom, phage lizates chromatographic purification, and mixing of received phage lizates sensitive to bacterias for bacteriophage drug prep¬aration. At that, bacteriophage cultivation is execu¬ted on nourishing soil containing the componentry in the following ratio, in g/l: Fermented peptone – 3.5； Fish fermented hydrolysate – 7.0； Yeast extract – 5.0； Pottassium chloride – 3.5； Pottassium thiosulphate – 8.0； Microbiological agar – 10.0.
