PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autopsy sample cover with a simple structure, capable of being easily mounted on the existing dissection table with simple processing only and being compactly folded while effectively preventing diffusion of harmful substances or bacteria from an autopsy sample placed on the dissection table to a surrounding area.SOLUTION: The autopsy sample cover includes: a box-shaped cover body 2 whose lower face is opened and made of flexible and bendable sheet material having gas barrier properties and a plurality of cover frames 3 respectively arranged on a plurality of faces orthogonal in the longitudinal direction of the cover body 2, fixed from outside on the upper face and the both side faces of the cover body 2 and made of wire or rod material.
