<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flour paste having new texture which resembles rice cakes, but being unlike the texture of heavy and poor melt-in-the mouth sensation, being the characteristics of conventional flour paste, and having mechanical suitability for bean-jam wrapping machine, filling machine, and depositor, and allowing continuous production as confectionery and bread filling. <;P>;SOLUTION: A Bingham fluid composition contains 2-25 wt.% oil and fat, 2-12.5 wt.% processed starch, and water.
