The invention relates to a preparation method for an embryo or egg extract containing growth factors and its application. The method comprises the following steps: incubating a fertilized egg for 2 to 15 days (preferably 2 to 3 days) to obtain a fertilized embryo or egg； extracting all contents of the fertilized embryo or egg with polar solution to obtain a first extract； and separating the first extract to obtain the embryo or egg extract containing the growth factors. Thereby it can not only solve the problems of the traditional embryo related products in sources, processes and consumer acceptance but also avoid causing the consumers’ doubts in use due to the natural fish smell provided by the known roe embryos since the fertilized embryo or egg has the properties of mass production, easy operation and low price.本發明有關於一種包含生長因子之胚胎蛋萃取物的製備方法及其應用，其方法首先將受精卵孵化２～１５天（較佳為２～３天）獲得一受精胚胎雞蛋，然後將受精胚胎雞蛋之所有內容物以極性溶液萃取，以獲得一第一萃取物，最後再分離第一萃取物，獲得包含生長因子之胚胎蛋萃取物；藉此，因受精胚胎雞蛋具有可大量生產、操作容易及價格低廉等特性，不僅解決傳統胚胎相關產品在來源、製程以及消費者接受度等問題，亦避免習知魚子胚胎所具有的天然魚腥味造成消費者使用上的疑慮。
