PURPOSE: An injector for injecting a food filling liquid into raw meat is provided to control the amount of the food filling liquid injected. CONSTITUTION: An injector for injecting a food filling liquid into raw meat falls a plurality of pickling-solution-needles extended in a vertical direction and pricks returned raw meat with the pickling-solution-needles so as to inject the pickling solution into the raw meat. The injector for injecting the food filling liquid into raw meat comprises the following units. A pickling solution feeder feeds the pickling solution to the pickling-solution-needles. A reciprocating piston(12) is inserted into a liquid pump of a cylinder. Feeding valves(13a,13b) are installed in the front and rear and upper parts of the cylinder. Suction valves(14a,14b) are installed in the front and rear and lower parts of the cylinder. The suction valves fill the cylinder with the pickling solution.반송 롤러로부터 보내져 온 원료 육괴(肉塊) 중에, 피클액 등의 식품 주입액을 주입 가공하는 주입용 인젝터에 있어서, 종래의 주입바늘군에 식품 주입액을 보내는 피스톤 펌프의 문제점인 기포의 발생, 위생상의 문제점을 해결하고, 또한 고압으로 식품 주입액을 주입할 수 있는 인젝터를 제공한다.수직방향으로 연장된 다수의 피클액 주입바늘군(3a,3b)을 하강시키고, 반송되어 온 육괴에 찔러 넣어, 상기 원료육괴중에 피클액을 침투시키는 피클액 주입 인젝터장치에 있어서, 피클액 주입바늘(3a,3b)로의 피클액 공급수단을 액펌프의 액실린더(10)에 끼워 넣어진 왕복 피스톤(12)의 미끄럼운동에 의해, 피클액 주입바늘군으로 피클액을 토출하여 공급 이송하는 역지밸브로 이루어지는 공급밸브(토출밸브)(13a,13b)를 액펌프의 액실린더의 전후 상단부에, 또한, 액실린더(10)내에 피클액을 충전하는 역지밸브로 이루어지는 흡입밸브(14a,14b)를 액실린더의 전후 하단부에 각각 설치한 액펌프의 액실린더(10)로 구성한다.
