The present invention relates to: a pharmaceutical composition for supporting a thrombolytic agent by including an anti-inflammatory agent as an active ingredient； and a pharmaceutical composition for suppressing platelet aggregation or thrombolysis by including nattokinase and an anti-inflammatory agent as active ingredients. According to the present invention, the pharmaceutical composition for supporting a thrombolytic agent can be used as a medicinal material for supporting a thrombolytic agent by including dexamethasone as an effective ingredient and thus, effectively reducing side effects of bleeding due to the use of conventional thrombolytic agents. The pharmaceutical composition including nattokinase and dexamethasone as active ingredients: is able to lead to excellent thrombolytic activity by the use of a low dose of nattokinase due to the prominent synergy of a thrombolytic effect compared to the single component of nattokinase； and accordingly, has an advantage of effectively reducing bleeding side effects as well as increasing safety in a human body by the use of a low dose.본 발명은 항염증제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 혈전용해제 보조용 의약 조성물 및 나토키나제와 항염증제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 혈소판 응집 억제용 또는 혈전용해용 의약 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 혈전용해제 보조용 의약 조성물은 덱사메타손을 유효성분으로 포함함으로써 종래 혈전용해제 사용에 따른 출혈 부작용을 효과적으로 감소시킬 수 있는바, 혈전용해제 보조용 의약 소재로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 또한, 나토키나아제와 덱사메타손을 유효성분으로 포함하는 의약 조성물은 나토키나아제 단독 성분 대비 두드러진 혈전용해 시너지 효과를 보임에 따라 나토키나아제의 저용량 사용으로도 우수한 혈전용해 활성을 이끌어낼 수 있는바, 저용량 사용을 통한 인체 안전성을 증대시킬 수 있으며, 이와 더불어 출혈 부작용을 효과적으로 감소시킬 수 있는 이점을 갖는다.
