Provided herein are methods and reagents for increasing chemosensitivity to chemotherapy and immunotherapy in cancer patients. Methods of treating cancer are provided, comprising administering to a patient in need thereof an effective amount of an DKK3- neutralizing agent, such as a DKK3-neutralizing antibody provided herein. The methods can further include administering an effective amount of chemotherapy or immunotherapy to said patient.L'invention concerne des méthodes et des réactifs permettant d'augmenter la chimiosensibilité à la chimiothérapie et à l'immunothérapie chez des patients atteints d'un cancer.
