Ferner betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung eines offenzelligen Schaumstoffs, der mit einer Salbengrundlage benetzt ist, zur Anwendung als Wundauflage in der Unterdrucktherapie von Wunden.The invention relates to a device for negative pressure therapy of wounds comprising (a) a covering material for the air-tight sealing of a wound region (b) optionally a means for connecting a source of negative pressure and (c) a wound dressing, containing (c1) an open-cell foam that is wetted with (c2) an ointment base. The invention also relates to a method for producing a corresponding wound dressing. Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of an open-cell foam that is wetted with an ointment base for use as a wound dressing in the negative pressure therapy of wounds.Linvention concerne un dispositif pour le traitement par sous-pression de lésions, comprenant : (a) un matériau de recouvrement pour lobturation étanche à lair de la zone dune lésion (b) éventuellement un moyen de connexion dune source de sous-pression et (c) un pansement, contenant (c1) une mousse à cellules ouvertes qui est mouillée avec (c2) une base donguent, ainsi quun procédé de fabrication dun pansement correspondant. Linvention concerne également lutilisation dune mousse à cellules ouvertes mouillée avec une base donguent pour la mise en œuvre en tant que pansement dans le traitement par sous-pression de lésions.
