A surgical clip applier has an outer tube and a rail in the outer tube. The rail has a stopper formed on a distal end. The rail has multiple clips placed therein. A distal end of the rail has a jaw structure. The rail has a spring bracket and a guiding rod. The rail has a pusher being pushed by the guiding rod. A spring is mounted outside the rod to push the pusher and clips. A reciprocating pushing assembly is placed inside the tube. When the pusher is moved back and forth, a first clip is moved into the jaw structure and other clips are moved toward for one step.
