PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gearshift device that is structured to have a different speed between a traveling maximum speed to a handle side in a state where a handle protrudes into a working machine side and the traveling maximum speed to the handle side in the state where the handle protrudes into an engine side, and thereby increases the working efficiency while increasing security.SOLUTION: A traveling machine body 40 includes an engine 4, a transmission stored in a transmission case 2, a ridge-forming device 12 serving as a working machine and a rotary tiller 13. A handle 14 is provided in the traveling machine body. A management machine 1 as a walking mobile agricultural machine is capable of switching between a state where the handle 14 projects to the side of the working machine and the state where the handle 14 projects to the side of the engine 4. In the management machine, restriction means 50 is provided that restricts an upper limit of a travelling speed to the side where the handle 14 is positioned.
