PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester which can operate a travel transmission with an artificially operable transmission operation tool and can simultaneously easily perform operations in the first operation state and operations in the second operation state at suitable operation travel speeds.SOLUTION: This combine harvester has a reaping portion having a reaping treatment width for reaping grain straws planted in a plurality of planting rows, an artificially operable transmission operation device 51 for operating the travel transmission, and recognition means 61.
