PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device which can produce a low degradable membranous fibrin gel easily.SOLUTION: A method of producing a low degradable membranous fibrin gel includes: a preliminary removal step S1 removing a part of growth factors and a part of blood platelets in fibrin gel a heating step S2 giving heat to the fibrin gel and a rolling step S3 rolling the fibrin gel. The heating step S2 and the rolling step S3 are carried out at the same time. In the heating step S2, the fibrin gel is rolled into a uniform thickness while heated for 1-10 seconds using at least one pair of heat transfer members 2a and 2b maintained at a temperature of 80-100°C. It is preferable that the heat transfer members 2a and 2b are composed of metal members.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】低分解性でかつ膜状のフィブリンゲルを容易に製造可能な方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の製造方法は、フィブリンゲル内の増殖因子及び血小板の一部を除去する予備除去工程S1と、フィブリンゲルに熱を付与する加熱工程S2と、フィブリンゲルを圧延する圧延工程S3と、を含む。加熱工程S2と圧延工程S3とは同時に行われる。加熱工程S2では、80~100℃の温度に維持された少なくとも一対の伝熱性部材2a,2bを用いて、フィブリンゲルが1~10秒間、加熱しながら均一厚さに圧延される。伝熱性部材2a,2bが金属部材で構成されていることが好ましい。【選択図】図1
