A pharmaceutical preparation for the prevention and treatment of Staphylococcus-induced infections or conditions in humans and animals, wherein said preparation comprises a combination of: a) one or more viable strains of α-Streptococcus, selected from the group consisting of registration numbers of Streptococcus sanguis II strains NCIMB 40104, NCIMB 40105, NCIMB 40106 and NCIMB 40873, Streptococcus mitis strains having registration numbers NCIMB 40107 and NCIMB 40874, Streptococcus oralis strains having registration numbers NCIMB 40875 and NCIMB 40876, strain L1A Streptococcus lactis 4； and b) one or more viable Lactobacillus strains selected from the group consisting of Lactobacillus rhamnosus LB21 strain having registration number NCIMB 40564, Lactobacillus plantarum strain LB3 having DSM registration number 17852, Lactobacillus plantarum strain LB7 strain 179, LB7 registration number 319, having Larobacillus plantarum DS number 179 having Lactobacillus plantarum having registration number DSM 11918 and strain LB Ess-1 Lactobacillus fermentum having registration number DSM 17851； in at least one pharmaceutically acceptable medium in which these strains can survive. 2. The pharmaceutical preparation according to claim 1, wherein said preparation contains a combination of a) Streptococcus sanguis strains having registration numbers NCIMB 40104 and NCIMB 40106, and Streptococcus oralis strain having registration number NCIMB 40876, and b) LB21 strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus having registration number NCIMB 40564.3. The pharmaceutical preparation according to claim 2, wherein said preparation contains a combination of a Streptococcus sanguis II strain having a registration number NCIMB 40104 and a LB21 strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus having a registration number NCIMB 40564.4.
