The invention relates to the field of visualization and automated analysis of the digitized cardiac auscultation (acoustic) signals. According to the invention, the method of cardio-acoustic signal analysis comprises the steps of: receiving a signal representative of heart sounds from an acoustic sensor representing the received signal in a time-frequency-amplitude domain where the method further comprises the step of applying a psycho-acoustic model to the received signal in the time-frequency-amplitude domain in order to generate a representation of the signal in a time - perceptual frequency - perceptual loudness domain. A device and a system are operative of performing the analysis of cardiac auscultation (acoustic) signals according to the method.Linvention concerne le domaine de la visualisation et de lanalyse automatisée de signaux dauscultation (acoustiques) cardiaques numérisés. Selon linvention, un procédé danalyse cardio-acoustique de signaux comprend les étapes consistant : à recevoir un signal représentant les bruits du coeur à partir dun capteur acoustique à représenter le signal reçu dans un domaine temps-fréquence-amplitude à appliquer un modèle psycho-acoustique au signal reçu dans le domaine temps-fréquence-amplitude afin que soit générée une représentation du signal dans un domaine temps-fréquence perceptive-volume sonore perceptif. Linvention concerne également un dispositif et un système permettant dassurer lanalyse des signaux dauscultation (acoustiques) cardiaques selon ledit procédé.
