The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, a quasi-drug, and a health food containing a Fraxini cortex extract and bamboo salts for preventing or treating allergic rhinitis and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition, a quasi-drug, and a health food containing a Fraxini cortex extract and bamboo salts, which effectively prevents or treats allergic rhinitis.
