There are provided novel synthetic stool preparations comprising bacteria isolated from a fecal sample from a healthy donor. The synthetic stool preparations are used for treating disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, including dysbiosis, Clostridium difficile infection and recurrent Clostridium difficile infection, prevention of recurrence of Clostridium difficile infection, treatment of Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, and diverticular disease, and treatment of food poisoning such as salmonella. Methods of preparation and methods of use of the synthetic stool preparations are also provided.La présente invention concerne de nouvelles préparations fécales synthétiques comprenant des bactéries isolées à partir d'un échantillon fécal d'un donneur sain. Les préparations fécales synthétiques sont utilisées pour le traitement des troubles du tractus gastro-intestinal, notamment la dysbiose, l'infection par Clostridium difficile et l'infection récidivante par Clostridium difficile, la prévention de la récidive de l'infection par Clostridium difficile, le traitement de la maladie de Crohn, de la rectocolite hémorragique, de la colopathie fonctionnelle, de l'affection abdominale inflammatoire, et de la diverticulose, et le traitement des intoxications alimentaires telles que la salmonelle.
