PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology to examine an eye by a condition as close to s spectacle wearing state as possible while downsizing a device.SOLUTION: An optometer includes a correction optical system, a target presenting optical system, and a first movement mechanism. The correction optical system includes one or more optical elements, and can change the refractive power applied to an eye to be examined in a first step. The target presenting optical system includes a display part and presents a target displayed in the display part to the eye to be examined.
