The present invention relates to a system including a white noise generating headset for stress relief and concentration enhancement. The white noise generating headset is worn by counselors engaging in phone calls with clients in government offices, customer centers, telemarketing centers, and call centers to reduce stress. The system senses the voice, pulse waves, skin current, and skin temperature to calculate a stress index, uses the stress index to generate white noise and output the white noise to the hearing input parts of a learner through earphone parts of the headset, and outputs the white noise for relieving stress or enhancing the concentration rate to the ear-set parts of the headset. The system also outputs the voice, pulse waves, skin current, and skin temperature through a user application on a PC connected to the white noise generating headset, an amplifier, and a headset phone. Based on the output information, stress statistics and the stress index can be monitored to output the daily stress rate, daily stress status, monthly stress status, and current month′s stress level.
