PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead for a pet which shows excellent operability, is relatively light in weight, and is configured not to cause an accident when failure caused by a cut or breakage occurs.SOLUTION: A lead for a pet includes: a first lead set comprising a first instrument attachment metal fitting 110 attached to a pet instrument, a first lead body 120, a first rein attachment metal fitting 130, and a rein 140 and a second lead set comprising a second instrument attachment metal fitting 210 attached to the pet instrument, a second lead body 220, a second rein attachment metal fitting 230, and a rein 240, and all of the elements are doubled. The configuration in which the first lead body 120 and the second lead body 220 are separated can be made.
