PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet rolling-up device more inexpensive and better in operability than a conventional one. SOLUTION: The sheet rolling-up device rolls up or rolls back a sheet material stretched along a frame material forming a plastic house, is provided with an opening part into which one end of a rolling-up pipe attached to one end of the sheet material is inserted to be connected to the pipe, a first cup having an almost U-shaped first connecting metal fitting mounted on the opposite side of the opening part in a projecting posture, a handle for axially rotating the rolling-up pipe, an opening part forming a counterpart of the first cup and connected to the handle through insertion of the one end of the handle, a second cup having an almost U-shaped second connecting metal fitting mounted on the opposite side of the opening part in a projecting posture and connected to the first connecting metal fitting in a crossover condition: wherein the projection length of the first connecting metal fitting is longer than that of the second connecting metal fitting.
