PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilized egg collection device and a fertilized egg collection method, enabling a fertilized egg to be efficiently and safely collected from the inside of the womb of a cow.SOLUTION: A fertilized egg collection device 100 concerning the present technique has an ejection suction unit 11, a supply unit 20 and a control unit 50. The ejection suction unit can eject perfusate E into the womb of livestock and suck the perfusate inside the womb. The supply unit supplies the perfusate into the ejection suction unit.
