A two-liquid type foam hair dye which includes a 1st liquid containing an alkali agent, a 2nd liquid containing hydrogen peroxide, and a non-aerosol foamer container, wherein the two-liquid type foam hair dye contains constituents (A)-(D) below in the 1st liquid, the equivalent weight ratio of the anion sites in constituent (A) and cation sites in constituent (B) anion/cation) is greater than 1, the ratio by mass of the contents of constituent (C) and constituent (D) (C)/(D) is 5 or less, and the viscosity of the mixed liquids (25 ) is 1-300mPa.s.
